PHASE ONE: EAT FREAKIN' HEALTHY!!
as a part of phase one i am required to post everything i ate for the day everyday, so that if i mess up i let not only myself down but also my maybe 2 avid readers
(Breakfast) B: 1 poached egg on top of half a dry toasted english muffin and orange juice
(Lunch)L: lettuce and tomato sandwich on wheat bread with low fat ranch and water
(Dinner)D: half of a small chef's salad with low fat ranch and skim milk
(Snacktime!!) S: banana!!
i though i did pretty well all things considering...(though i was tempted by vance's sausage breakfast sandwich and nacho pizza!)....yup, now its time to gear up for PHASE TWO!
