THIS Labor Day I spent the afternoon at my Utah family's house enjoying the bountiful harvest of their peach tree. I wouldn't call my self at all domestic or even somewhat capable in the kitchen, but I was able to learn a few tricks from my Aunt. I learned how to store peaches, make jam (that I'm dying to try), and even bake perhaps the greatest peach pie in the world.
I mean just look at it:
